When you pay a deposit, you are confirming a
booking with Bodhi Cottages, according to the following booking
conditions.
Please note that any breakages, damage or theft of
any contents of the cottage will be charged immediately, to you
credit card.
100%
non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
The balance
of the rental amount must be received within 7 days, prior
to occupancy. If not, the owner has the right to cancel the
booking and attempt to re-let it.
If you need to
cancel and the cottage can be re-let, for the period of the
cancellation, or otherwise at the discretion of Bodhi Cottages, the
balance of the deposit will be returned to you, less a $25
administration fee.
To maintain a good
standard for our guests, we require certain conditions of cleanliness
to be complied with. We appreciate that most guests will fully
respect our property, but the occasional abuse, requires that we
state the following conditions.
A. The cottage is to be left, in a satisfactory clean and tidy
state, which includes all cooking wear and dishes washed. In
the event of excessive cleaning requirements, an extra cleaning fee
will be charged immediately, to your credit card.
B. Any damage, breakage, or loss of furniture, furnishings,
equipment, locks or keys is to be reported immediately and paid for
at cost, other than acceptable wear and tear.
C. The number of guests must not exceed, the number stated on
the accommodation offer. Additional fees will apply for extra
guests, not notified to Bodhi Cottages, in advance and will be
charged, immediately to your credit card.
You may only
bring pets, with the express permission of Bodhi Cottages.
E. Bodhi
Cottages is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking inside is
not permitted.
Parties and
Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged for your
stay is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly, this
rate does not allow for the extra wear, associated with functions, in
terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use,
contrary to this, will result in an additional charge, taken
immediately, from your credit card.
Bodhi Cottages
has sole responsibility to deliver the accommodation booking, as
your payment has been confirmed for.
Bodhi Cottages will
make every effort to ensure the property is available, as booked.
However, the operators reserve the right to make alterations to
bookings, due to unforseen circumstances. If Bodhi Cottages is not
able to accommodate you as advised, reasonable efforts will be made
to help you secure alternative accommodation.
Bodhi Cottages
may apply additional terms and conditions by communicating these to
you, by
E-mail
or other means, prior to you paying the balance.
Bodhi Cottages takes
no responsibility for your personal property, left on the premises.
You must be 18 years
or over and agree to take full responsibility for the temporary
rental, of the property.
Furniture,
fixtures and fittings are not to be altered or moved between rooms.
